About Me
I have lived experience as a carer. I put my own life on hold while I supported my mother through end-of-life care. The experience completely changed my life. I understand how lost and overwhelmed you may be feeling as you try to reclaim your life.
Have you been a carer?

I help people just like you create a holistic plan to move forward so you can take care of your mental, emotional, physical and financial needs after you’re no longer required to care for a loved one. I know what to do. I’m here to help you revitalise, reignite, regenerate, recharge and restore. Through my tailored online courses, workshops and mentoring sessions, I offer a safe and secure space that is totally confidential for you to be able to connect with others who have been through similar experiences. You deserve to be able to move forward with confidence, integrity and hope. Because you cared.
My Story
Before becoming a carer for my mother, I held a successful corporate career, working in PR, Marketing and Partnership Management. During the last 12 months, as mum battled end-stage cancer, I cared for her 24/7. I loved honouring mum and giving her everything she needed to ensure she could have the best and most enjoyable life as possible. Wanting her to experience fun, peace and happiness during her last days was so important to me.
For 13 days straight, as she transitioned, I sat with her. I hugged her. I laughed. I cried. I l Loved. I cared.
When you are a carer your whole life becomes totally consumed in what you are doing. You literally do not have the time to care for yourself. You’re sleep-deprived. You’re tired. You’re stressed. You’re always on alert for what your loved one may need. But you just get on with it. Because you care.
My lived experience as a carer has helped me evolve into who I am today. After my mum passed, I tried to step back into the corporate world, but I found that my soul wasn’t being fed. I needed to heal. I needed to process what had happened. I realised that being a carer had fundamentally changed me. In so many ways. Physically. Emotionally. Spiritually. Financially. By acknowledging this, I knew I could help others facing similar challenges.
This is what would feed my soul.

How Can I Help?
I’ve worked out how to get out of debt. I’ve worked out how to live my life filled with joy, direction and meaning. This has taken a lot of work. A lot of devotion. Having to step away to be able to heal. To honour the grief. To honour the pain. To be able to release these and move forward. I invite you to connect with me through a series of online courses and workshops.
